The Wildwoods area of New Jersey is a very popular tourist destination in the summer months as it welcomes many visitors from the New York and Philadelphia areas. Away from the frenzy of the beach and the fun at the boardwalk, visit to the popular George F. Boyer Historical Museum, which has glowing reviews from visitors. The museum takes you back to the mid-1900s when Wildwood was one of the most entertaining spots in the country and hosted all kinds of great musicians and acts. Just a 45-minute drive north from Wildwood Crest is the country’s second-largest casino resort town in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Atlantic City has beautiful casinos like Borgata Casino, Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah’s Atlantic City and many more. This is more of an adult destination and provides great nightlife and an entertaining atmosphere both during the day and at night. Atlantic City also has its own great boardwalk with fun carnival rides and a great beach.
