Located in the northwest point of Michigan, Boyne City is a city in Charlevoix County. The Boyne River runs through the city and enters Lake Charlevoix at the east end of the lake. The city was incorporated in 1907 and is considered a small town with a population of just over 3,700 people (in the 2010 census).
