Day Trips from North Conway
If you’re coming in the warmer months, you have to make the 1-hour drive to Woodstock, New Hampshire. The Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves should be your first stop. There are gorgeous views from many different locations on the trails, so start walking on the boardwalk and follow the signs. The first stop on the trail is a vista point and you’ll be met with an incredible view of the gorge. You’ll occasionally come across small caves you have to crawl through, so make sure everyone in your party is able to do so before setting out. Explore rock and boulder formations, river scenery, and breathtaking views of nature. Stop by Cascade Coffeehouse and Café for a coffee and quick bite to eat or go to Woodstock Station and Brewery and linger a bit longer before heading back to North Conway.
