Founded in the mid-19th century as a logging town, Caspar has since evolved into a charming seaside community that is home to an artist colony, picturesque coastline, and marvelous natural wonders. Nestled in Mendocino County in northern California, this coastal town has moderate summer temperatures reminiscent of a Mediterranean climate.
