Nicknamed the “waterfall capital of the world,” Hamilton is a beautiful port city in Ontario, Canada that is rich in culture and history. There are numerous National Historic Sites, renowned museums, and diverse architecture with plenty of opportunities for adventure. The thing that Hamilton is known best for is its waterfalls. The Brott Music Festival is the largest non-profit orchestral music festival in Canada with a full-time, professional residence orchestra. Go for a stroll in Battlefield Park in Stoney Creek, which is home to a restored 1920s garden with stunning, tiered garden ways and walkways. Take the entire family to Adventure Village, which features an 18-hole miniature golf course, nine batting cages, rock climbing, gemstone mining, bumper cars, and an arcade.
