Tripping.com is excited to announce that Victor Gonzalez of Fresno, California is the winner of its Summer Sweepstakes! The Summer Sweepstakes promotion ran in July and Tripping.com users had the opportunity to select a rental property of their choice for entry in the contest.
Victor has won a FREE weekend away in the vacation rental of his choice and will be heading to beautiful Lake Tahoe, California with his wife of 2 years for their wedding anniversary. “Tripping.com is the first and only vacation rental site we use," said Victor who prefers staying in vacation rental properties over standard hotels.
The lucky winner cited previous difficulties and annoyances around hotel check-in and check-out procedures as one of the reasons why his family of five stays in vacation rentals when on holiday. Past vacations, Victor comments, have been derailed by faulty hotel reservation systems, “Sometimes you book a hotel and when you show up it is not available."
The trip will be his first to the area and he is excited to experience the beautiful scenery in South Lake Tahoe from a stunning cabin.
