Located on the South Side, the Steel Cactus offers authentic Mexican cuisine in a fun atmosphere. Its semiprivate rooftop bar can be reserved, which is perfect for parties or corporate events. Enjoy happy hour every weekday from 5-7pm, which features very affordable drinks and snacks! Each day features something different during happy hour, such as ½ price bottles of wine or $2.75 bottles of Dos Equis.

6. Uptown

This trendy rooftop bar, aptly located in Uptown Pittsburgh, offers two dozen beers on tap as well as a long list of wine and cocktails in the summer months. While other rooftop bars in the area close early, Uptown is open until 2am most nights—perfect for relaxing after a night out or an exciting game.
