From an adventurous trip to a serene one, Canyonlands can be whatever you need. Enjoy the wild landscape and the beautiful views.

Things to do in Canyonlands

The park is divided into four districts: Island in the Sky, The Needles, The Maze, and the rivers. Go hiking and backpacking throughout the park as you explore the different districts. There are lots of trails in The Needles district, while Island in the Sky and The Maze have some too. These trails are also great for biking if you prefer. Scenic Driving is also an activity in the Canyonlands, where you can explore the desert and dirt roads with a four-wheel-drive. You can also go camping in this expansive park, where you can watch the unbelievable sunsets and sunrises. Although you might not expect it, Canyonlands has incredible whitewater rafting at Cataract Canyon, as well as some calmer flat water areas.
