Transportation in Montauk
Getting around Montauk is very simple. Lindy’s Taxi service, MOKO Taxi, and Montauk’s Best Taxi service are all open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and provide taxis and 15-passenger vans to train stations and to ferries all year round. Suffolk Transit Bus is the local bus service than runs through Montauk to East Hampton. Long Island Rail Road is the local train station, and provides year-round service all along the LIRR branches.
