The gallery is open from 9am-11pm Tuesday to Saturday, with shorter opening times on Sunday and Monday. The gallery has both permanent and new exhibits at the LSU Museum of Art within the building. The galleries feature the art of Louisiana and its history, hoping to bring in more and more. The Louisiana Art and Science Museum (closed on Mondays) is ideal for younger families and kids, mixing art and science in an inspiring way.
