If you love surfing or love watching surfing, drive about an hour to San Clemente, California, which is a city known for its surfing spots. Visit the San Clemente Pier to go fishing and visit San Onofre State Beach to see sea lions and dolphins. You can also take a day trip from El Segundo to Hollywood, which is about a half an hour drive without traffic. Visit the Hollywood Wax Museum and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
