I really enjoyed my stay in austin at this condo. Great furniture and very warm. I would stay again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Steve!! Badass couch too!!
This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay at while in austin for a weekend. I really wish we could have stayed longer, a week would have been perfect. I wanted something ammenities more "homey" than a hotel, and the price turned out to be a little cheaper than most hotels I was looking at. The condo is so well kept and put together, both my boyfriend and I said we could see us living there, hah. The location is excellent and the parking spot is definitely a plus! I'll be keeping this in mind for future trips!
The only down side was the construction being done right behind the building, which is directly behind the bedroom. It did wake us up early in the mornings but it didn't effect my review rating since that was out of the owners control.
I was looking for a place to stay for a conference (at Austin conference center). Steven was very helpful and quick getting back to my questions about getting from the condo to the conference center and the location. The bus stop is a block away and the bus takes no time at all. He was kind enough to give me a whole list of bars and restaurants in the area too.
Getting to the condo was easy and I had all the details to be able to turn up and get settled, no keys to pick up or anything like that so very smooth. The space itself is great, modern appliances in the kitchen, everything you need essentially to be able to just turn up. There was even some "essentials" presumably left from previous guests (coffee, beer, bourbon), which were greatly appreciated.
The location was good, not right in the center so it was quiet at night and yet near enough to be easy to get around. I thought the AC unit was going to be an issue as it is right next to the bed and makes a fair amount of noise, but I barely noticed it and slept really well.
It was spot on for me. I've been back to Austin a couple of times since and this is always my first choice for accommodation although sadly it has been booked up both times.
Minor complaint couldnt get the Netflix to worl and no IPOD or M3P player. Other then that everything was perfect. Great location and owners super nice and professional. Thanks for everything!!!
My brother and I were in town for the United States Grand Prix and were looking for a place close to downtown to enjoy the festivities that surround the race and experience austin. Most of the downtown hotels were vastly overpriced so we decided to stay here. The condo is roughly 2.0 miles west of downtown and sits in a quiet neighborhood. It is a two story walk-up and is on the second floor. The owners were easy to contact by phone and emailed us a welcome email that included recommendations of surrounding restaurants etc. I dealt with "Brook Blue" who is one of the owners or represents the owner and acts as the manager. She was professional and easy to deal with. She gave us a combination code to enter the unit and the location of the parking spot. The place was very clean and modernly furnished with a hint of austin charm. The online pictures are accurate. We had a pleasant stay. Our only gripes: they advertise a couch that turns into a bed for extra sleeping space(the black one in the picture). It was generally comfortable, however, there was only one sheet and a duvet cover (no duvet) to make the bed. Pillows were provided. Also, I would have liked more restaurant suggestions for breakfast but there is a full kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. Next door, they are constructing another low-rise condo. Unfortunately, during the first morning of our stay we were awakened at 7am by an hour of jack hammering. Luckily this only happened once and the rest of the time it was quiet. The framing is complete so it should be inside work now. Overall a great alternative to a hotel if you don't need to be right downtown. Restaurants and Trader Joe's style grocery are close by. Perfect for two people, could be a bit cramped for four. Recommended.

Our stay was awesome! The condo is modern and furnished perfectly. The huge Samsung TV was a plus and the Italian leather couch was super comfy. The location on 6th street is great! Numerous restaurants nearby and a fabulous espresso shop which we went to daily. The RTa is only 1 block away which took us straight in the heart of downtown in less that 5 minutes. In reference to construction, the main part is done and our first morning waking up was to sounds of hammering but it was around 8 am and who wants to sleep in anyways when you have a great city to explore! The plus side is they don't work on weekends! Overall, I would definitely return and recommend staying in this condo.
