Our first stay with trip advisor and it was perfect. The owner was gracious enough to Allow-us to bring our3 little Yorkies. The location was perfect. The apartment had every thing we could possibly need. Thank you.

This is the perfect property for a get-away! My husband and I were amazed at the detail and the upgrades within the unit. We parked and were able to walk practically everywhere. At times, we used Uber and the cost was $6 at the most including tip. We are definitely planning another stay in the near future.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location in the student area. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything you could need for your stay. It was very quiet and the free parking was great for a city location. I think a couple of small improvements could be made to make the apartment excellent, perhaps some tea and coffee could be provided and an information sheet detailing check out times/areas to visit etc. All in all a great option when staying in the area

My wife and I stayed here to be within walking distance of UT, from which our daughter was graduating. It is a very short walk to Guadalupe Street, reasonably close to most of the vast campus, and a short drive (or bus or taxi ride) to the Capitol and downtown music scene. The apartment is gorgeous, ideal for two people sleeping together and possibly a third on the sofa bed. I'm tempted to say it had all the comforts of home, but it probably had more: a fully equipped modern kitchen, great Internet service, TV and radio, desk, all in fine working order and absolutely clean. Julia seems to have thought of everything. I'd love to stay here again on our next trip to Austin.

I stayed at this adorable studio apartment while in Austin for a convention. The instructions for check in and arrival were easy and clear. The apartment was spotless and very spacious for 2 people. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, and my friend who slept on the pull out couch said she slept great. We did have a small problem when the Air Conditioning stopped working, but Julia was happy to get an electrician there and solved the problem all while I was out for the day. In my eyes, its not the problem that arises, but how its dealt with, and this was dealt with in a seamless and friendly way. If I ever find myself back in Austin, I would love to stay here again!
