How to Use WeNeedAVacation

Prospective renters can search for property by location or dates of travel. If choosing by location, users can click the box marked “Locations” to find a drop down menu and map of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket locations. After selecting one or multiple locations and hitting the search button, a list of available rental properties should appear on a map and as a list.

Users can view the properties as a list on the right, with a brief summary of information including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, average prices and a featured photo. Users can also view the properties on a map to see them in proximity to other points of interest. After searching via location, users can also filter properties based on dates of travel, number of bedrooms, price range and more.

Prospective renters can also see reviews, dates available and amenities, location and more, by clicking the drop down menus further down the page. Users can save a rental property as a favorite to view at a later date, contact the owner via the information provided, or leave a review after a successful trip.

The site does not allow prospective renters to place a reservation online directly through the site. Instead, users must contact the owner of the property via email or the phone number provided.

Users can also search properties based on the dates of travel or the number of bedrooms needed/guests.

Users who know their property identification number can use the search box at the top right corner of the homepage.
