Only-apartments History

Only-apartments was founded in 2003 by Alon Eldar and Elizabeth Cristia, Spanish architects who wanted to rent out their apartments in the historic center of Barcelona. Soon after, their friends began to rent out their own apartments and from there the company grew rapidly. The company was started with the goal of providing guests a safe and easy way to book vacation rentals while still getting affordable prices. In 2010, the company expanded internationally and has since grown to offers apartment rentals in 206 countries.

Things to Know About Only-apartments

Only-apartments charges customers after their stay. A hold is placed on the card at the time of the reservation until the stay is over.
If a guest finds the same listing at a lower price elsewhere, Only-apartments will refund the difference.
There is a 24/7 customer service line available for guests.
