FlipKey encourages travelers and guests to contact property owners directly regarding specific questions or concerns on bookings.
How to Email a FlipKey Owner or Manager
There are two ways users can contact property owners through email, depending on whether they have completed a booking or not.
For guests who have yet to make a booking:
1. Locate the property listing
2. Fill out your contact information in the form provided under the “Need More Information?” section, then click “Contact Owner” OR
3. Click the “Contact Owner” button under the listing details and send a message including dates of travel and number of guests.
Guests who have completed a booking can use their reference number and email address to initiate contact:
1. Click the “Manage your booking” tab located at the top of the homepage.
*Note: Guests will only have a booking reference number if they booked online through the FkipKey website
3. Enter the email address used for booking and click the “Manage your Booking” button
4. Contact the owner through the booking portal
How to Call a FlipKey Owner or Manager
Some property owners list phone numbers under the “About the Manager” section in the listing details.
1. Locate the property listing
2. Scroll down to the “About the Manager” section
3. A phone number will be visible if the owner has chosen to provide one
