Lake Chelan is 109 miles from Spokane, and a million miles from your worries when you stay at Stehekin on the north end of the lake. The only ways to get there is by ferry, on foot, by private boat, or by float plane. Stehekin features about 22 miles of roads for hiking, biking, and driving the vehicles barged there on the lake.
