You've been dreaming of a Caribbean vacation all winter and now that it's summer you have a chance to travel there. But June to November is hurricane season in most of the Caribbean. So what do you do?

Fear not, your summer travel plans can in fact include the Caribbean. The island of Aruba sits outside the hurricane belt and provides a haven from tropical storms in other parts of the Caribbean. Accommodation on the island can be quite pricey in winter but during the summer you can take advantage of lower prices.
