Rachel’s Kitchen has a range of breakfast options, from acai bowls to grilled cheese. There are eight smoothies to choose from, ranging from Peanut Butter Blast to Hawaiian Bliss. Rachel’s Kitchen is open everyday of the week. Monday through Saturdays it is open from 7 am to 8 pm. On Saturdays, Rachel’s Kitchen is open from 7 am to 4 pm.
2. MTO Café
500 South Main Street
MTO Café was created by Vegas locals and features a variety of unique breakfast options. There’s even a dish called Yoga Pants. If you’re feeling hungry, try ordering the Body Builder. Other unique options include the Bacon Pancake Dippers and the Vegan Carrot & Coconut pancakes. MTO Café is open every day of the week from 8 am to 2 pm.

If you love omelets, you’re in luck because Omelet House has over 30 unique omelets, ranging from the Jolly Green Giant to the Sparticus. If you don’t think you can eat a whole omelet, don’t worry because you can order a Baby Omelet. The Omelet House is open everyday of the week from 7 am to 3 pm.

Du-Pars’ pancakes were voted “Best Pancakes in America” by Esquire Magazine. Du-Pars is known not only for pancakes, but also for their hotcakes. The buttermilk hotcakes have been made from a famous family recipe since 1938. Bakery goods, including pies, pastries, and muffins are baked daily. Du-Pars is open 24 hours a day and has take-out food available.

Try cinnamon biscuits or a truffled egg sandwich at Eat. Eat is located downtown and uses local and sustainable ingredients. Eat not only has food but also showcases artwork created by local artists. Eat is open on weekdays from 8 am to 3 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 2 pm.

If you love eggs in any form, then breakfast at The Egg & I is a great choice. Try the Bandito Scramble, which is a mixture of jalapenos, Chorizo, cheese, and salsa. There are also a variety of egg crepes, including the California Crepe and the Pork Carnitas Crepe. The Egg & I is open everyday from 6 am until 3 pm.
