Must-See Monday: John Lennon Wall, Prague
Tripper Kim Knott, a Malaga-based American expat teaching and pursuing her passion for travel around Europe shares the colorful images of one of historic Prague's more modern additions: the John Lennon Wall.
Prague is one of my favorite cities. Everything from the architectural to the artwork to the public green space is absolutely phenomenal. Perhaps the most famous view of Prague comes from alongside the Vltava River. The best lookout point is just south of the Charles Bridge where you can see the magnificent Prague Castle overlooking the city as well as the beautiful design of the colorful Malá Strana district.
But if you cross the Charles Bridge you will arrive at my favorite part of Prague: The John Lennon Wall. I spent a hefty chunk of time there reading the messages others have left and admiring their artwork. Graffiti can be a beautiful thing, don't you agree?
