Hostelberfest: travelers and NYC locals enjoy an Oktoberfest celebration at HI-NYC
On one of the final beautiful days of October in NYC, Hostelling International hosted a late Oktoberfest celebration - creatively called, “Hostelberfest."
A few members of the Tripping team were there mingling with the travelers, locals and the HI crew. It was the perfect way to celebrate the Fall season with live music, a fun international crowd and a selection of micro-brews from across the country. Many a toast was offered in honor of one of Bavaria's most celebrated traditions! Check out HI-New York's video (notice the awesome music from the Raya Brass Band!) and photos below to experience a little bit of “Hostelberfest." Prost!
