The popular Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort and other hotels are located near the beach.


2. Trunk Bay, St John

Located in the Virgin Islands National Park on St. John east of Puerto Rico, you can find Trunk Bay, one of the best spots in all of the Caribbean. The beach has silky, soft sand and beautifully colored warm waters surrounding it. Facilities on the bay offer snorkeling equipment rentals, which is a lot of fun with the over 200-yard Underwater Trail that offers plenty of great underwater scenery. Visitors can also go hiking in the park if they get tired of bathing in the tropical sun.

On Virgin Gorda’s north shore is an amazing spectacle in The Baths. Amazing large granite boulders surround the white sandy beaches here and are a great geological wonder and tons of fun to explore. There’s great snorkeling at The Baths as well and it’s just a very unique experience for visitors and a must see if you’re travelling to the British Virgin Islands.

While it’s heavily commercial along the beach, it’s an amazing experience for travellers.
