New, cosy and comfortable apartment in the centre of Łódź, located in the traditional district of Książęcy Młyn, a historical complex of well-preserved and newly renovated traditional red brick factory buildings from late XIX – early XX century. The apartment itself is located in a new, closed, guarded and quiet area with easy access to the public transport bus (150 meters to bus stop 55). Nearby (100 m) there is a supermarket (Lidl, opening hours Mon - Sat 8. 00 - 21. 00 Sun 9. 00 - 18. 00). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a large, comfortable double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room for two more persons. Bed linen is provided in a quantity appropriate to the number of guests. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace overlooking the trees. You can freely sit there, relax or have a meal. In the bathroom, you will find a comfortable shower, sink, toilet and towels. Upon request, the underground parking place is available at the guest's disposal (please notify us in advance). There is a convenient access to the apartment for disable people. You can reach the apartment using lift from the underground parking (level -1) - if You want to park there. There is also possibility to get to the apartment through the front door, where You will find outer lift to the ground floor level and afterwards using the inner lift to the apartment. There are no obstacles for convenient access for wheelchair to the apartment as well. The apartment is a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. It is suitable up to 4 persons (two double beds). The neighborhood The apartment is located close to the center of Łódź. A 500-meter walk will take you to the historic Piotrkowska street (No. 2 of TripAdviser's attractions) and it is only 1500 meters to reach the very center of Łódź, including the OFF Piotrkowska Innovative and Creative Centre housed in historical spinning and fabric factory buildings. It is a daily and nightly centre of social and artistic life of Łódź. You will find there pubs, exhibitions, restaurants, clubs and above all a unique atmosphere. Within short walking distance from the apartment you will find the Książęcy Młyn (Tymienieckiego 22) Brewery, housed in a old cotton jumbo building, Ludwik Grohman's former textile empire, and the atmospheric brewery "Gronowalski" (European, Fusion, Eastern European, Central European 00-21: 00). A few steps further is placed a well-marked TripAdviser restaurant "U Szwajcara" (Polish and European cuisine, opening hours 12: 00-18: 00), and a high rated restaurant „Ćesky Film” (European cuisine, Czech, Eastern European Central European opening hours 12: 00-23: 00) (Tymienieckiego 25a). Other restaurants are situated not further than a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction. It is only 4. 5 km from Manufaktura, the entertainment, dining and exhibition center, located in another traditional factory complex. The old, red-brick buildings dominate here, but they are completely rebuilt inside. A total of 90, 000 m² of historical interiors are restored. (By tram route, No. 11 from Piotrkowska tram stop - Cathedral Square. ) Less than 4 km from Atlas Arena - a sport and entertainment hall which is one of the largest of its kind in Poland, completed in June 2009. It hosts numerous sporting events, concerts, exhibitions and fairs every year. The apartment is 3 km from Łódź-Fabryczna Main Train Station and 7 km from the Łódź Airport. Władyslaw Reymont. Within walking distance of the apartment you will also find: Herbst Palace Museum (1200 m). It is a Neo-Renaissance building from the end of the 19th century. At present, after renovation it serves as a museum of interiors (minors, dormitories, libraries, etc. ) showing the life of the 19th century industrial elite of Łódź. There is also a small palm house (winter garden) with beautiful views. There are exhibitions of paintings in the former coaching house near the main building. Park of the Source - the oldest park in Łódź (1500 m) and the Film Museum (Victory Square 1) is a place worth visiting for cinematographers as well as cinema lovers, with interesting expositions relating to the history of cinematography in beautiful interiors.
