This is a large family apartment with ocean views located on the Esplanade & directly opposite patrolled beach, parks & BBQ's. Walking distance to North and South Burleigh surf clubs, fine dining, cafe & pub scene. Toys for the kids: Beach toys, Boogie boards, DVD's, Books, Blocks + Dolls + more. Free use of highchair, portacot, booster seat, bouncer and pram. Includes starter supplies of : bedding, bath towels & tea, coffee, sugar, milk, detergent & dishcloth, shampoo, soap, toilet rolls to get you started. This is not a serviced hotel/B&B. This is a fully self-contained holiday apartment - BYO food and supplies

************There are 2 doors accessing our balcony. As of May 2018 we have sustained damage to 1 balcony door which is no longer operable. This has been converted to a fixed window until the old door is removed and replaced with brand new. The balcony is still accessable by using the second door. We are presently awaiting approvals and building works to start. This notice will be removed once the new door is in place. *******************************

Burleigh is central on the Gold Coast with Surfers Paradise to the North and the airport and Coolangatta to the South. Conrad Jupiters Casino, golf courses and the refurbished Pacific Fair shopping precinct and Broadbeach are all just a short drive away

Prices are based on occupancy of 4 Guests. Additional guests (>4) are charged at $25 per person per night

You have a choice of a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment - sleeping a maximum of 7 guests. Prices quoted are for Bedroom 1 and 3. All bedrooms contain large built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have air-conditioning/heating. Bedroom 2 is unlocked for extra guests if so required

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, airconditioned (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 1 set of single bunks, 1 single bed, pedestal fan available (Sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, , airconditioned (Sleeps 2)
*An additional foldaway Single bed is also available but only suitable for a small adult/child for a few nights

Air-conditioning in Bed 1 and 3 only. The rest of the apartment is not air-conditioned however very comfortable and breezy due to proximity to ocean

The apartment does NOT have WIFI, Foxtel, net flicks etc. Escape technology!

House keys - Key code sent within 12-24 hours of arrival. For larger groups we will arrange a meet and greet with the Housekeeper

DECLARING GUESTS: Numbers of guests must be accurately reported at the time of the booking. Although this is a three bedroom apartment, we will lock Bedroom 2 (Bunk beds) if the booking is for 4 people or less. For bookings of 5 or more people, Bedroom 2 will be unlocked for you. You must advise at the time of booking what your requirements are

Extra guests are always welcome. We can comfortably accomodate 7 guests. If you invite extra guests down while you holiday, our housekeeper can unlock the spare room for you. They charge a meet and greet fee of $50 to cover their time and travel expenses to unlock and prepare the bedroom. Extra guests are $25 per person, per night

We have a strict *no party* policy. There is strictly no tolerance for parties, functions or end of year school celebrations (schoolies)

Our Cleaning Fee includes professional cleaning and linens. Included in the fee is sand removal, window and glass cleaning, restocking shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, dishwashing detergent, cloths, tea towels, bath towels and bed linen. The sheets and towels are hotel standard. If you have any problems with the standard, please kindly let us know as soon as you arrive

The building has stairs and is not serviced by a lift. This accomodation is not suitable for disability access. From ground, the apartment is accessed by one flight of stairs (approx 12 steps with 1 landing in between). From the basement the apartment is accessed by two flights of stairs approx 18 steps with two landings in between)

This is also a family home so there is cupboards in the bedrooms, kitchen and laundry which remain locked. Please do not try to open them

The iconic Burleigh heads is centrally located and offers many activities, including; swimming, surfing, body boarding, kayaking, water sports and beachside and National Park walks

We’re also close to exciting shopping, cultural activities, cinemas, restaurants, bars and cafes

Only 30 mins drive away you’ll find Theme Parks (Seaworld, Dreamworld, Wet n Wild and Movieworld). There is also plenty adventure activities, tours, cruises and kilometers of golden sandy beaches to explore

There are plenty of cafes to choose from as well as famous fine dining venues such as "Fish House" and "Oscars". The Burleigh food scene caters to a wide range of dietary requirements - there is something for everyone! We are situated off the Gold Coast Highway between 4th and 3rd Avenues. We are located 15 minutes north of Coolangatta AIRPORT and an hour south of Brisbane AIRPORT. We’re just 15 minutes from Robina TRAIN Station
