Welcome to my designer Brisbane home fully equipped with beds for six, a generous kitchen, parking, and best of all, easy access to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. My apartment has been recently styled by some of Brisbane’s best stylists with aesthetics, practicality and comfort in mind. You’ll have everything you need within walking distance and be a 20 minute drive from Brisbane Airport. The Space: The property utilises white space and modern interior design to create a relaxed and peaceful feeling separated from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane. Take a lie down on the comfortable sofa or even more comfortable beds after a long day of working or exploring, whatever floats your boat. Due to its perfect location, you’ll be a short walk from numerous restaurants and cafes plus the Coles supermarket. The area isn’t packed with tourists and is quite quiet and peaceful even though you’re surrounded by food options and an abundance of public transport. If you don’t want to make the most of the Brisbane’s best restaurants and cafes, I’ve got you covered. Put your chef’s hat on and use my fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. Both coffee and tea have been provided with compliments so that you can kickstart your mornings and stay energised throughout the day. Dinnerware, glassware and cutlery is all provided! Also, don’t worry about hand washing - there’s a dishwasher there to solve your dirty dishes problem. From there, you can enjoy your cooking at the large dining table that seats. The dining table can also double as a temporary workstation thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI. If you decide to stay in, you can settle down on the comfortable couch and enjoy the TV. Both bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed with a lot of space for any luggage you might have. The beds are fitted with 500 thread count hotel quality linen and I’ve provided soft cotton towels. Additional guests can make use of the double sofa bed in the living room and the additional linen provided. The property also features two generous bathrooms with both a step-in showers. Toiletries, including shampoo and condition, are provided with compliments. If you’re here for work and need to iron your clothes, both an iron and ironing board are provided. In summary, my property contains: + Two double beds and a double sofa bed + Fully-outfitted bathrooms with showers + Complete kitchen facilities + Unlimited and fast WIFI internet + High quality bed linen and quality towels + 20 minutes from airport Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. Interaction with Guests: In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone. The Neighborhood: South Brisbane is one of Brisbane’s finest precincts, with world-class dining, bars and shopping all within a 2 minute walk from my home. Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutiques, South Brisbane is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds. Daytime strolls along the river will allow you to soak up the Australian sun with great cafes always nearby for a quick break. My apartment works as the perfect base to explore the best that Brisbane has to offer. Along Montague Road, you’ll find delicious brunch options and cafes to spend time with friends. Just a two minute walk away is the Brisbane CBD, and the Southbank area where you can find further dining options and tourist hotspots. Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Queensland Performing Arts Centre are all located in the Southbank area, and can be easily accessed on foot. Nearby my apartment, are many supermarkets that can be accessed on foot as well, including Coles and Woolworths. Getting Around: Accessing all of Brisbane’s top tourist destinations can be easily done on foot from my apartment - it is in such a central location. You can walk to all of Brisbane’s most famous restaurants and bars, and you can also easily access the City Botanic Gardens. The Brisbane Airport Train is so convenient and will drop you off at South Brisbane Train Station which is a few minutes walk away from my apartment - it makes travel a cinch. Of course, if you prefer travelling by car, this is also an option as the property comes with parking. Other Things to Note: If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
