Welcome to my cosy Gold Coast home, situated just a 150 metre walk to the beach. The modern relaxed Scandinavian inspired interior of my home can comfortably house up to six guests. The quality linen and bedding provided will guarantee your comfort during your stay. With restaurants, transport stops, and the beach within a few minutes walk of my home, my apartment is a perfect pick for those seeking an intimate beach getaway or those looking for a relaxing place to rest during a business trip
The Space:
A stay at mine will ensure you get to experience Queensland and everything it has to offer. Travelling will be made extremely easy for you, with regular bus services available on the Gold Coast Highway, a short walk from mine. Starting off locally, if you’re wanting to get your grocery fix, Miami One Shopping Centre is a 4 minute drive from mine, equipped with Coles, a post office as well as cafes and restaurants. You’re also a 23 minute drive to Surfers Paradise, where you’ll be able to embark on an endless amount of shopping, and go to some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars

Upon entering my light and welcoming home, you will first see the living area, which is fitted with a flat-screen LCD television, from where you can watch Australia’s range of free broadcasting from the comfort of my plush sofa. The windows are also double glazed and there is also an air conditioning unit in the living room, to maximise your comfort during hot and humid Queensland summers

The kitchen is wide and highly utilitarian, and is equipped with functional appliances, including an oven, stove and refrigerator, among others. Along with the pantries and cupboards, wherein I have provided full sets of tableware and glassware, I have provided the tools necessary for you to create a premium-quality meal, should you choose to eat at home. If you wish to eat out and embrace the beautiful beach views, I highly recommend The Fish House, a 10 minute walk from my place, where you can get your ultimate seafood fix

The dining table is directly behind the sofa, which can seat up to four people. This table is the perfect place to take those homely cooked meals of yours and utilise the dinnerware and glassware provided in the cupboards of the kitchen. If you’re on business, you can also utilise this awesome separate study nook with large workstation. The breezy balcony is easily accessible from my living room, and I have provided you a lounge chair and a small table with chairs, so you will be able to relax to the sounds of the ocean, whilst having some wine and cheese

My home also has two bedrooms, with one double bed and one queen bed. There is plenty of space for you to store your luggage in the double wardrobes and rooms. To ensure your satisfaction and comfort, all beds have quality bedding and linen which is professionally cleaned every stay and is replaced regularly. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps, so you can easily delve into your favourite book from the comfort of your own bed. Unfortunately, although there is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, it is currently not functioning. Additional guests can use the sofa which doubles as a sofa bed, and can easily sleep two guests comfortably. Linen is also provided for this option

The bathroom has a bathtub-shower combination, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink
The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washing machine

There is a private fully secure car park, and a spot will be allocated to guests

My place was built with relaxing and socializing in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Gold Coast for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day
Interaction with Guests:
24 hour self check-in is available, to cater to all guests. During your stay I will be nearby the Gold Coast and available for contact by email or phone
The Neighborhood:
My home is located in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia

There are many cafes and restaurants in close vicinity to my home, and I recommend going to the Commune Cafe for breakfast and light meals - it’s only a 3 minute walk away straight across the road. For dinners, there are plenty of restaurants to explore about 10min walk away in Burliegh, with fine dining at Oscars on Burleigh, or even some refreshing Vietnamese at Jimmy Wah’s. You’re also in close proximity to the Miami One Shopping Centre and supermarkets like Coles and ALDI, which are 400 metres from my home. There is also easy access to parks and the ocean, with Burleigh Heads Beach and the Rotatry Park Burleigh being 100 metres from my home. You’re also approximately a 23 minute drive away from the iconic Surfers Paradise, where you can take advantage of the beachside shopping, dining, bars, clubs, and the beautiful beaches. Getting Around:
You’ll have access to private parking which means getting around by car is a cinch. Access to public transport from my apartment is convenient. There are multiple bus stops can be found within a 200 metre radius of my home on the Gold Coast Hwy. Gold Coast is about a 30 minute bus ride away. With convenient access to public transport, you will be able to explore all of Gold Coast and its surrounding areas very easily
Other Things to Note:
There is to be no smoking inside or outside my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance
If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time
