It is within 200/300 yards of Laugharne Castle, Dylan Thomas Boathouse, and the town’s bars, restaurants and shops. There are 5 newly-decorated and furnished bedrooms - 3 double, 1 twin and 1 single, some with built-in wardrobes. 1 double has en-suite with walk-in shower, and the single has en-suite bathroom with shower attachment. 1 other double and the twin room have an associated luxury shower room, and there is a further large family bathroom with shower fitment. All three double bedrooms have fantastic sea views. A bedroom TV is provided, which can be used in any of the bedrooms

Dining Area, Lounge, Study and Snug:
The front porch leads into a large central room, which encompasses the dining area, with wood flooring, fireplace, ceiling beams and a feature staircase. There is a valuable antique sideboard, magnificent 8-feet long vintage Welsh Oak dining table, seating 10 in comfort, and a Hi-Fi for music. Double-doors from the dining area lead to a large lounge, with three-piece suite, wood burning stove, Grand Piano, and TV & Blu-Ray Recorder. Further doors from the central area provide access into both a Study and a Snug/Sitting Room, with a beautiful Welsh Dresser, books and games. The Lounge provides access to the conservatory and French doors onto the patio. There are fantastic views of the ever-changing estuary and coastline

The newly modernised fully fitted kitchen also has direct access to the conservatory, which may also be used as an informal breakfast room. Range cooker with 7-burner gas hob, 2 electric ovens and 1 further grill/oven. Microwave, dishwasher, built-in fridge, and a full set of quality crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils are provided. Outside:
The house is surrounded by a large secure garden, with more than ten trees and natural habitat. To the rear of the house is a patio and lawn with phenomenal views. The drive is fairly steep, but from the parking area much of the garden is reasonably flat

Location:
The house is reached from the main street in Laugharne, via a single-track road, which becomes Cliff Walk (part of the Welsh Coastal Path) and “No Entry” for vehicles at the point of access to the drive. Coastal walks start from the front of the house, and there are nearby facilities for horse riding. Fishing is also popular, and there are golf courses in the area
