Hi, We have lots of natural beauty that surround us, The property is situated 320m altitude from sea level, You will receive a stunning Gold Coast city and ocean View from the property and hinterland views. We have many walking tracks that allow you to experience different types of forest throughout the 54 acre block, that has eucalyptus forests and open hilly grass land to rainforest. There is an abundance of natural wildlife and peaceful sounds that resonate from the natural forests. We have a hot tub that resides out side that is heated to 36 to 37 Degrees consistently for your enjoyment. We can offer a cheese platter with a bottle of local wine and home made flat bread for an additional cost for your enjoyment while soaking in the hot tub enjoying the sunny Gold coast days, or at night admiring the Gold Coast city lights under the sparkling stars of the night sky. You either have the choice of a BBQ under the protection of a solid roof, that has been built from home grown Iron bark and Blood Wood, milled onsite, to create an authentic and sustainable Australian experience and to enjoy an out side dinning. If you choose to be inside there is a inside kitchen with a twist, a barn style kitchen with mod cons while being surrounded by raw milled wood and polished concrete, with your private bathroom and toilet. We are close to Golf courses and many walking tracks, canoeing, fishing areas and a local natural rock pool. We feel we provide a great location to enjoy both the beaches and city dinning of the Gold coast and the hinterland experience with magnificent hinterland views and waterfalls with bushwalking and country dinning options along the way. Our location is only 15 min away from the largest shopping center in the Gold coast Robina Town center or 35 to 45 min to the main beaches. While the same time could take you to the main waterfalls and bushwalking tracks into the hinterland. We would like to ensure that we have good assess to the property, with a concrete driveway and well maintained sealed public roads with only one gravel road that is approximately 500m that is before our driveway. This gravel road is quite flat and well maintained for most types of transport. Though please call through in advance if you have any concerns if you wish to drive a very low set sports car, as we will confirm, if the road is suitable for such vehicles.
