Ardea Cottage is a renovated 200 year old traditional cosy cottage close to working farm. The cottage is located in an unspoiled enviroment with nature at your doorstep. At ground floor are two beautiful bedrooms, with double and two single beds, the beds are provided with outstanding bed linen. The first floor is open plan with living/ dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated. Outside is a lawn and patio with garden furniture. The location is ideal for walking and to enjoy the scenery. Just 1. 5 km away from the sea. Kenmare is 18 km away, a bustling historical town with plenty shops, pubs, restaurants, art galleries. It's worthwhile to visit Gleninchaquin Park, with stunning views and waterfalls. To make a boat trip with Star Sailing and pop in the Sailors Bar a traditional pub where you can enjoy Irish music and beautiful food The famous Healy Pass a beautiful to drive. The cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the Ring of Beara and the Ring of Kerry, both magnificent routes along the sea and mountains. The many art galleries along the way are worth visiting as well. For golf lovers there are two golf courses in Kenmare
