It's a beautiful self-contained two-bedroom apartment in the annexe of a Grade II-Listed Georgian house situated on Falkner Square. This spacious property is spread over 900 square feet, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one reception room, a kitchen, a small garden, and views of the Anglican Cathedral. All mod cons and some good-quality furniture included. You'll have your own secure access via Lowther Street, where parking is available. This place is perfect for longer stays! LOCATION – The cool and hip bars and restaurants of the much-talked-about Hope Street are just a five-minute walk away from our house. – Liverpool City Centre is a brisk 15-minute walk away. – You'll be at Lime Street Train Station after an easy 20-minute stroll. – The riverfront, the Albert Dock, the Liverpool Echo Arena and the recently opened BT Convention Centre are also easily accessible within walking distance of the city centre. – A variety of buses operate nearby, taking you from Catherine Street and Parliament Street directly to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and beyond. – Going to Anfield or Goodison Park?
