What a location! This beautiful studio is located in the heart of the Village in Sandwich Massachusetts. It's only blocks to fine dining and the famous boardwalk that spans classic marsh views and leads to the sandy backside beach. Pass by historic homes as you take in the Sandwich Glass Museum, the Dan'l Webster and Belfry Inn. Visit the Sandwich Marina and Cape Cod Canal for breathtaking views of fishing boats and pleasure cruisers. Watch the fishing boats unloading thier catch at the Fisherman's View Restaurant and dine on "boat to table" seafood. You'll explore small intimate shops along the way that are sure to please. This studio is very comfortable and tastefully appointed with just what you'd expect from a small coastal New England town. Take in the well kept grounds and marsh with upland views from the back yard. The kitchen has granite countertops with a built in cooktop. There are wood floors throughout, plenty of closet space and a nice comfy queen bed. Nicely appointed furniture and accessories give it a homey and classy feel at the same time. The central air and heat is sure to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the fall. The stack full size washer and dryer is right there, very handy. The tv service and wifi is Xfinity X1 HD for crisp clear viewing. There are four good size skylights that give a treetop view with a blue sky background. As you exit there is a small deck that you can view the marsh and surrounding area. There are plenty of birds in the area and a pair of binoculars for close ups. The Cape Cod Railroad chugs along within view and offers a sightseeing tour of the backwoods and wetland of Cape Cod. Beautiful! The train also offers lunch and dinner excursions. It's easy access to historic Route 6A which is the scenic road brings you through many Cape towns and connects with Rt 6 along to Provincetown. Spend days exploring the quaint towns of Cape Cod via this road. There is much to see on the Cape and I know you will enjoy your stay!
