Description

TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE- August 21st!!! RV, Camp Trailer, & Tent Camping Spots available in beautiful Star Valley, Wyoming! Star Valley, Wyoming is just inside the path of the Total Solar Eclipse occurring August 21st beginning at approximately 11:30 am. The most dramatic scenery for this 2017 eclipse can be found in Wyoming! This property is easy to access from HWY 89 and is only 20 miles from viewing totality in Alpine, WY and Palisades Reservoir (bring your boat and view the eclipse from the water). You may choose to go 40 miles further north into historic Jackson Hole, WY, gateway to Grand Teton National Park & Yellowstone National Park, offering spectacular scenic viewing and photographic opportunities. While Yellowstone National Park is just north of totality, Grand Teton National Park is squarely centered in the eclipse path and will surely be a magnet for eclipse observers. Https://www. Greatamericaneclipse. Com/wyoming/ Other viewing opportunities exist between Alpine, Wyoming and Idaho Falls, Idaho. This option may provide less congestion, with population size, infrastructure and roadways better equipped for the large influx of viewers. Https://visitidaho. Org/eclipse/ Or, come to stay! This location in just outside the path of totality but will offer a relaxed more private opportunity for viewing and enjoying this historic event! Either the valley view with surrounding mountains, or the view from a nearby mountain top after a scenic hike, will both offer another dimension to your eclipse experience, the chance to see the Moon's shadow rushing along the landscape. While there are many hotels and campgrounds in this area, they will undoubtedly be inadequate for the onslaught of eclipse tourists. This recreational vehicle is a 2010 Dutchman Bunkhouse 30 foot travel trailer in excellent condition. It sleeps 2 in the master area at the front, a kitchen table and couch both convert to sleeping areas, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the back provide accomodations for 4 more. Bathroom with sink and shower. Fridge, freezer, microwave, double sink, stove and oven. Air conditioning and heat. Full hook ups available. Clean pillows and linens on master bed. Bring your own sleeping bags and pillows to accomodate the others in your party. This location is rural and affords star gazers the opportunity to view the night sky and brilliant stars with very little to no light pollution at night. It is a scenic 40 acre location with open space, mature trees, flowing water, wildlife, expansive views, mountains, forest access, walking and hiking opportunities, all on site. Weather, and other factors, may impact viewing and enjoyment of the eclipse and there are no guarantees
