Lagovista Loft is situated in one of the original buildings within the walls of this extraordinary little village. Lagovista Loft is adjacent to Casa Lagovista which is property 417801 on VRBO/Homeaway site. The proximity of the two apartments is perfect for two couples traveling together to share the space and at the same time enjoy the privacy needed while traveling

The expansive open-concept top-floor apartment offers spectacular views. West facing view from the living room and kitchen area dances you across the ancient village rooftops. East facing views from the bedroom call you to the breathtaking view of the soft, lush greenery and out to the historic Lake Trasimeno

In 2012, a well though-out and creative renovation took place. The result was a total transformation of the 1, 000 square foot space. We maintained the beauty of the historic building but all the while updating the space to serve today's traveler. The entire back wall is original stone dating back 800 years with cathedral ceilings, skylights and custom designed oversized windows allowing the ever-changing hues of the Italian sky to saturate this beautiful space hour by hour

The kitchen is state-of-the-art, equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay: range with oven, dishwasher, washing machine for your laundry and every utensil you will need to create your own Italian feast while dining at a pub height table which seats 8 comfortably

Three industrial sized ceiling fans and underfloor heating elements insure your comfort no matter the season. The over-sized bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, easy access closet and view from the bedroom windows of the soft landscape and the lake. The "American style" bathroom with enclosed glass shower will make you feel right at home

A little extra comfort while you are away is provided by the installation Sky Dish providing you with news, sports and movies

Paciano is the ideal destination for visitors looking for a base from which to explore the wonders of Umbria, the "Green Heart of Italy" as well as the charms of neighboring Tuscany

Paciano is a walled village with three gates, three narrow streets, connected by numerous walkways between the lovely old buildings comprising the homes and shops within the old town. To make life easy and convenient, this little town houses two bars where the best cappuccino, cold beer, the best Italian wine and snacks are waiting for you to enjoy. There are three excellent restaurants, a butcher shop where you can pick up some prepared food or choose to purchase some of the best meats for your Italian feast. A grocery store, a pharmacy and an ATM are just steps away from the front door

Dating back to the 13th century, Paciano has been recognized by the European Community as one of the most beautiful villages in all of Italy. The beautiful old town center has remained almost unchanged since medieval times. The people of the town are warm, friendly and helpful

In spring and summer, there are many outdoor festivities including concerts, dances and fairs. Autumn bring the wine harvest in September/October and the olive harvest in October/November. We can arrange for you to participate in both
