This 1500sf Bayfront Corner Apartment has 1 King bed in the first bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the third bedroom, sofa (not a sofa bed) in the living room. Full kitchen features a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dining table and chairs. All the utensils, plates, pots, glasses are provided. The apartment is located in a hotel style building in the heart of Miami Beach on Collins ave and 51st street, framed by the beautiful beach on one side and spectacular sunsets over Biscayne Bay on the other. The building has direct beach access, two private tennis courts, swimming pool, mini-market, gym, full service front desk, 24/7 security, valet parking among other amenities. The building is just 3 miles from South Beach (Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Convention Center). Midtown, Wynwood Art district, Downtown Miami, Port of Miami, Miami International Airport and Aventura mall are all about 15-20 minutes away. At the front desk you can get the information about the tours around Miami. To get around you can take a FREE trolley ride (stops right in front of the building), take Uber (the best option in town) or rent a City Bike. If you own a car, the building offers a valet parking for $45 per day, ins and outs permitted. 2 blocks away there is a public parking lot, it is free from 6pm until 8am and $1/hour during the day. Please note: The pictures represent several units with the similar interior and furniture. The exact unit is assigned upon arrival. All 3BR units in the building have Bay and Downtown Views. At check in, the building will charge a mandatory Resort Fee of $28. 50 per night per unit. Resort fee includes 2 beach chairs, beach towels, wifi, gym access, tennis courts. Additional set of 2 chairs + 1 umbrella can be rented for $30. Summary: - Number of guests in the reservation is enforced upon arrival. Guests under 12yo are considered as kids.
