The Neighborhood

This home is located in Salt Lake City's Marmalade District on the west side of Capitol Hill. An extremely walkable neighborhood, the Marmalade District was named so because early street names reflected the fruit-bearing plants and trees imported and planted there by its early residents. Settled in the early days of Salt Lake City, the Marmalade District is distinguished from other neighborhoods by mature landscaping and a surprising variety of vintage residential buildings. Within a single one-block area are almost as many styles of architecture as exist in the entire Avenues Historic District

Ideally located just a 15 minute walk from downtown Salt Lake City. The local UTA Trax station is just a few blocks away
