Casa de Ali is part of a new 2 building, 13-unit condo development on Playa La Madera in Zihuatanejo. Our unit is the closest condo to the beach, located one floor above the gym, and 2 floors below the infinity pool. We are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, as well as activities like snorkeling, fishing, parasailing and jet skiing. Centro Zihuatanejo is a 0. 50mi walk along the beach and malecón. Playa La Madera is located just steps from our unit, and Playa La Ropa, one of the nicest beaches in all of Mexico, is only 0. 75mi away. The complex has private entrances from the road and to the beach, as well as 24 hour security. Zihuatanejo is safe to walk day or night
To reach our casa you will have to walk down 32-44 stairs. It is located in a large private foyer shared with one other unit that is lived in full-time. Upon entering the casa, the guest bedroom is on the right, with the main living space in front of you. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and futon, and a private bathroom. The washing machine is located outside the guest bathroom. The main living space, including the kitchen and bar, all have views of Zihuatanejo Bay, Playa La Madera, Playa Municipal, and the Pier. There is good WiFi throughout the condo. In addition, most bars and restaurants in Zihua offer free WiFi. The master bedroom has a king bed, 40" flat screen HD smart cable TV, and a private bathroom. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. Both bedrooms have sliding doors that offer a view of Zihuatanejo Bay. The main living space is open air allowing for the ocean breeze and sounds to flow through the condo. But each bedroom includes air conditioning units. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, as well as dishes and silverware
This is the perfect location and value for walking to Playa La Ropa, Playa La Madera, and Centro (lots of shopping and restaurants). Massages on the beach for 200 pesos, beers for 20 pesos, and Happy Hour margaritas for 30 pesos. Life is great in Zihua!
