LIVING AREAS As you enter this large home, you are welcomed by the high specification open plan kitchen/dining area which has fully integrated kitchen appliances. The kitchen/dining area leads into the large lounge, which is decorated in fresh neutral colours and a hard wearing beige rug enhanced by the warm-toned wooden flooring. This is a double-aspect lounge with one window overlooking the secluded garden and the patio door leads out to the decked area to the side of the property where the hot-tub can be found. There is also a retractable patio awning above the patio door for that added touch of luxury. Ample plush leather seating is available within the lounge with coordinating cushions for that extra comfort and matching footstool. There is a large flat-screen SONY TV, bookcase, games and ipod docking station, together with the high quality furnishings all adding to the charm of this property as well as a beautiful wood-burning fireplace for the cooler evenings. The 2nd lounge could be known as the Children’s den. This fantastic room is furnished with a leather sofa and entertainment is provided via the flat-screen TV. Kitchen: The high specification modern contemporary kitchen has all the conveniences you would expect, including integrated appliances, tall built in larder fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, SMEG 4-plate hob, Bosch oven and a cafetiere. Cutlery & Crockery (including children’s) is supplied with a plentiful supply of pots, pans and glassware. This superb space means that on one need be excluded from the holiday atmosphere. Off the Kitchen, is a useful storage cupboard housing iron / ironing board, broom, hoover, dustpan and brush together with some useful coat hooks. Dining area: The Dining area, opening off the kitchen with the oak dining table easily accommodating 8 with Rattan chairs. Mounted on the wall a Sony TV is a nice touch. Utility Room: There is a separate utility room off the kitchen area leading out to the decked garden. Complete with an additional stainless steel sink and drainer, freezer and washing machine. BEDROOMS Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: All the bedrooms are decorated throughout the same with white walls, light brown carpets with white linen curtains. Bedroom 1: (Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower room). A wonderful spacious room at the end of the upper hallway is the Master Bedroom with en-suite. An absolute charming master bedroom with elegant cream shabby chic collection of furniture comprising: a large double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets with bedside lights, a 5-drawer chest of drawers (3-large, 2-small), a walk in wardrobe/dressing room. This is a single aspect room with a large window overlooking the back garden and views across the dunes to Croyde bay. A wall-mounted TV is also available for your enjoyment. Bedroom 2: (Family Bedroom with en-suite shower room). Opposite end of the upper hallway a family room with a double bed, single bed and en-suite shower room, 2 x bedside cabinets with bedside lights a 5-drawer white chest of drawers (3-large, 2-small). A large wall-mounted TV is thoughtfully provided. Bedroom 3: Bedroom with twins, (can be made up as zip & link double bed if requested). Good sized double-bedroom overlooking the front of the property. A double-bedroom with 2 x bedside cabinets with bedside lights, built in wardrobe and a large wall-mounted TV is also provided. Bedroom 4: (Twin Bedroom). A good sized twin-bedroom with twin beds. This is a single aspect room with a large window, overlooking the front of the property. BATHROOMS Luxury with 2 x en-suites, a family bathroom and ground floor shower room. Each of the bathrooms have chrome-effect finishes for a modern look in classic white. Downstairs Shower room: Off the kitchen/dining area, with WC, a wash hand basin and separate shower enclosure. Family Bathroom: Located upstairs with WC, bath, a wash hand basin and shower cubicle.
