• 1 part of the farmhouse is rented with the 3 bedrooms
• The second part is closed or reserved for my parents who can stay there but have a separate entrance
• The swimming pool, the terrace, the summer kitchen, the barbecue and the garden are exclusively reserved for tenants
• The farmhouse is exclusively reserved for tenants

Exchanges with travelers

• Travelers will be greeted on arrival and accompanied on their departure
• A presentation of the mas will be made for each entry
• My parents can possibly stay in a wing of the farmhouse but without access to the common areas
• We are available when needed by phone to answer any questions
• Available by Facetime and Whatsapp also to answer any questions

The neighborhood

• The neighborhood is very quiet in a protected area and not buildable in the green belt of the city of Avignon
• There is nothing around the house and you have to take the car to get around
• Avignon TGV train station is 300 meters away
• Possibility to go to the center of Avignon by train (5 min trip every 30 min
• A supermarket and a commercial area is located 500 meters with some restaurants, fast food and bakery
• The house is located in a dead end, so there is very little passage
• A canal is in front of the house so there is no vis-à-vis
• There is no view
• The city center of Avignon is located less than 10 minutes by car
• The farmhouse is in the heart of Provence and in the middle of several places to visit
• 20 minutes from the Alpilles and Saint-Rémy de Provence

• The accommodation is within walking distance from the TGV station located 300 meters away
• Being isolated it will be necessary to envisage a car for the displacements
• Buses can be reached from the train station to the city center of Avignon in 10 minutes by shuttle bus
• Marseille-Provence Airport is a 50-minute drive away and the A7 Avignon-Sud motorway exit is 15 minutes away
• Saint-Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles are 20 minutes away
• Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Luberon are 30 minutes away
• The housing has a plot of 1500 square meters with the possibility to park several vehicles safely thanks to a fence around the house and an automatic gate

The house was completely renovated for 3 years in compliance with the Provencal tradition

All appliances are new, the furniture is new, the bedding is new

Large volumes and lots of light that bring peace, comfort and serenity

Beautiful materials everywhere: Provencal ceilings made entirely by hand, old tiles, floor heating and air conditioning, stone staircase, granite kitchen, noble bathrooms, quality linen
The linen includes bed linen, duvets and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all possible tools. Toilet paper is also available in the toilet

Rules of procedure

1. Do not smoke in the mas
2. Pets are allowed as long as they stay outside
3. Check-in is at 15:00
4. Check-out is at 10:00
5. Respect the place and not degrade the property
