The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Hotel de Renel, a building which dates to the 16th century and is classified as a French historical monument. It has been renovated from top to bottom to provide all the comforts of modern living. It consists of an open plan living room, kitchen and dining space, two bedrooms, an office, laundry room, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
