Charming 1903 Victorian Cottage with a 2nd floor two bedroom suite with views of the Wet Mountain Range to the South and the Skyline Drive and hogback ridge to the west. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or sit on the benches by the firepit/grill. Steps away from hiking trails along the ridgeback where fossils and ancient dinosaur tracks can be spotted. Your guest accomodations begin at the front door where a keypad lock is located and opens to the foyer and staircase to the 2nd floor suite. The suite offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a separate sitting/TV room and privacy from the OWNER OCCUPIED LOWER LEVEL. Bedroom 1 provides a king memory foam bed and Bedroom 2 provides a full pillow top bed. Coffee/juice bar and light continental breakfast provided. Local Amenities include: River Rafting, Trout Fishing, Biking and Hiking Trails, Museums, Art Galleries, Scenic Drives, Royal Gorge; and last but, not least the historical dinosaur bones discovery sites. Not conducive to children under 4 and those that are not able to physically maneuver steep stairs access to 2nd floor. Rules apply: No Smoking or vaping, Drugs, NO 420. Only responsible light drinking allowed. No Guest Pets on property. Owner pets residing on property include three large outside dogs (in a fenced area) and one restricted (lower level) house cat.
