Our beautiful, large river home is perfect for your quiet getaway! We have everything you need to make yourself at home during your stay!
Our first floor has the first master suite with a king bed, wet bar with fridge and personal Keurig, and your own terrace. It also has an oversized chair and ottoman and a brand new 50" flat screen tv. The lovely master bathroom has a large soaking tub, double vanity, and gorgeous tiled shower
The second bedroom on the first floor could also be called a master bedroom with its own bathroom, queen size bed, and new 50" flat screen tv
Ride the elevator up to the second floor, or take the stairs. Here is the open floor plan kitchen/dining area/living room with terrace. The third bedroom with queen bed and new flat screen TV is also on this floor, as well as the hall bathroom
Our top floor is entirely dedicated to the second master bedroom, with a king bed, 55" new flat screen TV, wet bar with fridge and Keurig, and private terrace. The large bathroom has a walk in closet, large corner jetted tub, his/her granite top vanities, and XL shower. Connected to the bathroom is the master sitting room, which we have furnished with a new day bed with trundle and a 50" new flat screen tv
The beautiful gated community offers a gorgeous pool with very clean restrooms. Only Angler's Harbor residents (or renters) are allowed, so it is very private
You are welcome to bring your boat or rent one right over the bridge! There is a private boat launch for Angler's Harbor only and a great cleaning station right off the dock, or bring it back to the house and use our outdoor sinks/cleaning station
Carrabelle's beautiful white, sandy beaches are less than a mile away. Walk the beaches, collect the shells, watch the dolphins, and enjoy the peace of the Forgotten Coast!
Go right over the bridge to find yourself in the charming and quaint downtown Carrabelle. Rent a kayak or boat, shop for antiques, visit the marina, hire a local with a boat for tours or fishing, eat local, and just get lost in the coastal life. Eastpoint, Apalachicola, and St. George Island are all less than 20 minutes away going west on 98, following the coast. The local food and shopping are always worth the scenic short drive on the water's edge. Fresh oysters, fish, and shrimp are the best and you will find these little restaurants along the shore, and sometimes right off the boat!
This is the perfect getaway for your large family, multiple families, or if you just want the space and privacy! Our beautiful river is a wonderful mix of the salty bay and fresh water, and you can see many of the marine animals you will see on the bay. Fish right off the private dock, watch the dolphins from the balcony, or walk out to the river and watch the fish jump and crabs scurrying
Overall, this lovely, private home is a wonderful option for large families. Please do not be discouraged by the absence of reviews. Our property manager has years of experience and is highly reputable. This beautiful house is new, unlived in, and ready to be a part of memories you will cherish forever!
