This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 people and is situated in a contemporary building in the Kings Cross area, only a 6 minute walk to Kings Cross tube station and a 13 minute walk to Kings Cross St Pancras
This spacious third floor, two double bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people and has spectacular views across the rooftops of Lloyd Baker Street. The apartment also benefits from a lift and an east-facing balcony area where you can sit and admire the views comfortably. It is only minutes from Kings Cross tube station, which connects you to 6 different tube lines taking you around central London. It is also only minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras where you can catch national and international trains. The apartment is also close by to lots of cool places such as Upper Street, Rosebury Avenue and Holburn, which are popular amongst locals, young professionals and families alike, for grabbing lunch, having chilled evening drinks and shopping
Bedroom number one is very spacious with views of the rooftops of the surrounding area. The large double bed has an ornate bedframe, and a luxurious antique travel trunk. It also has a large inbuilt mirror wardrobe, which should provide you with plenty of storage!
Bedroom number two is quintessentially English in its design, with bright pops of colour on the feature wall. This bedroom also has a double bed and plenty of storage
The large bathroom is newly renovated and is modern and sleek with a monochromatic design scheme. It also has both a bath and separate walk in shower cubicle, and will come stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries. The modern open plan kitchen comprises of a fully integrated kitchen, which has a gas hob, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer, a lounge area and finally a colourful dining area. The living area has a large L shaped sofa, which converts to a double sofa bed which can comfortably sleep a further 2 people, a TV and panoramic views of the surrounding rooftops
The flat also has double glazing and underfloor heating throughout
The guests will have access to the entire apartment
I will do my best to welcome my guests personally to my apartment. However if I am unable to meet guests, my friends at Hostmaker will welcome you. I trust that they will give you a friendly welcome to this amazing city!
Nearby, Angel offers up a host of shops, restaurants and bars or if you prefer more independent outlets, try Amwell Street for a local London feeling or Exmouth Market for some fresh, daily food
Bloomsbury, with its many academic institutions is only 10 minute walk away, with The Brunswick Centre having a host fashion retail stores and a collection of various restaurants in the open, urban space
London's most dense shopping area, which is Oxford Circus, Marble Arch and Bond Street, is only 3 stops away on the Victoria line
For great theatre shows, just hop onto the Piccadilly Line for 3 stops
If you are more into an upbeat night, carry for one more stop to Leicester square for clubs and bars
For even more London attractions, stay on the line for another stop, which is Piccadilly Circus
If good transport links are a priority, then you couldn’t be better placed; St Pancras International is a 13 minute walk away and it acts as a portal enabling easy access across the country and abroad. Likewise, Heathrow and Gatwick airport are only a 45 minute train ride to Kings Cross, with Luton and Stansted only an hours train ride
As well as this, there are numerous connecting tube lines and bus routes making commuting in and around the city a breeze. Kings Cross tube line (6 minute walk from the apartment) is serviced by six different central tube lines which make Kings Cross a great starting place for any sightseeing and daily travelling around London
I only have a few simple house rules. I love this house so please respect my space. -No parties or loud noises-No smoking-No pets-No shoes inside the house-Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property
