Description

Make yourself at home in our cute and comfy 4 Bedroom Cape. It's the quintessential house for Cape Cod with a kitchen, living room, full bathroom with tub and shower, and 2 bedrooms downstairs plus and additional two bedrooms and a 1/2 bath upstairs. It's roomy enough to fit an extended family or groups of friends comfortably. Our home also has a nice kitchen/living room area where everyone can be together. With a big yard, fire pit, outdoor shower and outdoor games (like horseshoes, ladderball and cornhole) you'll have lots of fun activities to keep the kids, and those who are kids at heart, busy! \n\nOur house is very close to the National Seashore's Ocean Beaches (Coast Guard Beach is the closest, then Nauset Beach), so you can pack a picnic and hop on your bikes to get there. There's even a gorgeous walking/biking trail that will take you from the National Seashore Visitor's Center through a magical array of marshes and forest and some of the most beautiful unspoiled natural areas on the cape and finally lead you to Coast Guard beach. (only 2 miles). \n\nWhen you get home, relax in one of our 4 freshly-painted bedrooms and enjoy a nice meal with your friends and family in our cozy, comfortable cape. If it's hot outside, crank up the central air and relax in cool comfort. \n\nEnjoy a backyard BBQ complete with grill and smoker. The whole family will love dining outdoors on the patio (under the cover of the carport) at our huge 12-foot long picnic table. \n\nHave a fire in the fire pit, toast marshmallows and lounge in style on our outdoor patio set while you tell stories about the day's adventures and catch up with family and friends: you'll even be able to see the light from the Nauset Lighthouse beaming across the sky overhead from time to time. \n\nEnjoy everything Eastham and the surrounding area has to offer: great restaurants, fun activities for the family, biking trails, walking trails, and unspoiled nature galore!\n\nOr relax at home and watch one of our big selection of DVD's or play a board game. We have books of interest for all age groups; many are about the area or the ocean and its creatures. We also have board games and we even provide some toys for the younger kids to play with so you don't have to lug so much with you. \n\nYou also won't have to lug linens with you as our home comes complete with everything you'll need. We have a fully stocked kitchen as well. \n\nOur house is your house, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your Cape Cod vacation!\n\nThanks, \nErin & Mike\n\n More fun things to do in the area include: \n\nCatch a film and learn something new about Cape Cod's creatures at the National Seashore visitor's center.
