FACILITIES: Overview The property is a house situated over four floors offering large socialising areas with numerous luxurious touches to enjoy. The property has unlimited, fast, free Wi-Fi and has full central heating. FACILITIES: Living room This large open-plan space is perfect for relaxing on the opulent leather sofas whilst watching the 50 inch TV equipped with Virgin Media cable and TiVo. The two double sofa beds can sleep an extra four guests. There are also cupboards and draws for storage. FACILITIES: Basement A large open-plan social space accommodating a top-of-range designer kitchen, dining area, and additional sofa area. The state of the art kitchen with Corian work surfaces includes an oven, microwave, 5 ring induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Luxurious touches include a Nespresso machine, Joseph Joseph knives, and utensils. Prepare dinner whilst watching Virgin Media cable TV on the 40 inch screen. The double sofa bed can sleep an extra two guests. There are also cupboards for storage and some hanging space in the laundry room. This laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. FACILITIES: Master bedroom The second floor is another large space accommodating the master bedroom. It boasts a king-size bed, walk-in closet, cupboard space, draw space, and bedside cabinets. The TV offers the FreeSat channels. Additional hanging space is also provided for guests using the living room and basement sofa beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large double-ended two person bath offering a view of the stars through the skylight. On a clear night! FACILITIES: Second bedroom Situated on the first floor the second bedroom is spacious and equipped with a super-king-size zip-link bed with the option of being split into two single 3 ft wide beds. Storage space includes a wardrobe, two chests of draws, and two bedside cabinets. The large en-suite bathroom is also equipped with a large double-ended two person bath, wash basin, toilet, and storage for toiletries. FACILITIES: Third bedroom Situated on the first floor the third bedroom is equipped with a king-size zip-link bed with the option of being split into two single 2 ½ foot wide beds. Storage space includes a wardrobe, chest of draws, and bedside cabinet. FACILITIES: Shower room The first floor landing accommodates the stunning shower room with a two-person shower cubical featuring a luxurious 'rain fall' shower head, wash basin, toilet, and storage for toiletries. Step out of the shower onto the additional luxury of a heated floor. FACILITIES: Bedding and towels All bedrooms are dressed with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and duck and down duvets and pillows. There is a plentiful supply of Egyptian cotton towels for all our guests. The house is able to accommodate groups of up to 12 guests. In addition to the space for six guests in the bedrooms the living room also accommodates two double sofa beds and the basement an additional double sofa bed. Some storage space is also provided in these rooms however guests may wish to share closet space with the bedrooms. LOCATION You can't get a more central location than mybrightonpad which is nestled away in a quiet street in the elegant Regency Square conservation area yet just one street away from the Western Road Shops, the seafront, and the Preston Street night life! The local Sainsbury's and Waitrose supermarkets are just minutes walk away allowing you to stock up with the basics and little luxuries. The neighbourhood is packed with coffee shops including the independent and quirky! There are limitless choices of restaurants covering every cuisine and budget. Preston Street provides not only these many restaurants but is also packed with bars and clubs. The Churchill Square Shopping Centre located on Western Road which is just a few minutes walk away. Adjoining Churchill Square are The Lanes; the historic narrow cobbled streets teaming with boutique shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy.
