Description

I am a Manhattan lawyer living solo in a large three-bedroom apartment in the historic Ironbound District of Newark, New Jersey. The train to Manhattan is a ten to twelve minute walk from the house, and arrives at the World Trade Center of Midtown in about 20-25 minutes. And it costs as little as $2. 10, less than the New York City subway! My Place I offer two spacious bedrooms each with a full size bed for two persons, with full use of the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony overlooking the Newark Downtown. The apartment is very large and comfortable, with free WiFi and a bathroom exclusively for guests. (There is one bathroom for two guest rooms. ) You can prepare meals at home (I provide dishes, pots and pans, and a few basic food items -- please ask before buying spices, etc. ; I might already have), or enjoy one of the many excellent local eateries, such as Delicias de Minas at the corner. There are two grocery stores very close to the house, both with a variety of ethnic offerings. Spacious bedroom with a double bed, a desk and chair, night stand/bookcase, ample closet space, central heating and air, and floor fan. Towels, hand towels, and an extra blanket in the closet. Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer available
