Description

Welcome. Stay in an authentic Balinese thatch cabin above the crashing waves of BiuBiu beach. The cabin is built from reclaimed ship timber, and native limestone quarried nearby. Located within a garden resort with 2 infinity edge pools, a spa, cliff-top restaurant and private beach. This makes a perfect setting for a tropical holiday

We proud to introduce you our brand new bungalows, built using local Balinese artisan construction methods and enormous, spacious gardens that provide good privacy. The bungalow is eco-friendly and uses a lot of polished local limestones sourced right from the area

TIPS & NOTES
-------------------------------------
There isn't a lot of restaurants or dining options in the area. The closest town is Ungasan, where there are supermarkets and a more complete set of restaurants and shopping. People come to Balangan to surf, relax, enjoy the beach, and 'get-away' from Seminyak/Kuta

-------------------------------------
ABOUT THE AREAS
-------------------------------------
Balangan is a hidden and beautiful beach on the South coast of Bali. It's favoured by surfers for it's consistent barrels and by beach lovers for its clean, golden sand and laid-back vibe

This is the opposite of Kuta. The location is a bit remote and the nearest town of Ungasan is about a 15 minute drive back. Transportation to this area is a bit lacking, since it's far off the main roads, but if you're looking for a bit of refined solitude, this place is perfect

The beach itself goes for about 2km and has white sand, swaying coconut trees, and a very gentle, relaxed atmosphere. The lagoon is good for moderate snorkeling and swimming

-------------------------------------
HOW TO GET AROUND
-------------------------------------
We suggest renting a motorbike to fully enjoy the area and all it's beautiful beaches. Balangan is great but if you're around for 3-4 days, we suggest you can explore the Uluwatu or Padang Padang areas as well. You can also rent a car as well. Taxis out to this area are a bit expensive since there is a monopoly/cartel in transport service to/from our area
