The apartment is situated a short 5 minute walk from Leamington Spa town centre with its multitude of restaurants, pubs and shops, gardens and the railway station

The apartment's front door is down a short flight of stairs, which opens on to a large hallway. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are to one side of the hallway, with the doors leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom, are on the other

The hallway, lounge and dining area have period style wooden floors. There are comfortable seating options in the lounge with a large 3 seater sofa and arm chairs, flanked by side and centre tables, floor and table lamps, television and a feature fire place. The dining options are set for four, with a mixture of dining chairs and a long stylish bench

The bedrooms both have woollen carpets, full size mirrored wardrobes, double beds, side tables and lamps. Each of the bedrooms has french doors, opening to small outside areas. There is also a second, separate rear entrance to the apartment, through one of the french doors, which is convenient when both bedrooms are occupied
