Location + getting around town
Located in the popular Hyde Park area, the area is convenient to Austin's hotspots by car, bus, or on foot

The street has ample parking with easy access to Interstate 35 and Airport Boulevard. Catching the city bus is easy with 4 routes within a 5-minute walk, including: the #10 to go downtown for SXSW; #338 for Town Lake, Barton Springs, and ACL; the #653 for direct service to the University of Texas at Austin Football Stadium, and the #350 to ride to/from the Airport

Interaction with guests + house details
Renovated in 2014, the apartment is located behind the main house with a private entry and outdoor deck. The owners' live on-site, assisting guests when needed. Guests have complete privacy and sound isolation, as the house and apartment are separated by a exterior, locked breezeway
The 1915 main home is a piece of Texas history – as the home was once owned by a famous gunsmith who supplied spurs + Colt rifles to Sam Houston and the Texas Rangers. The property marked the northeast corner of Austin's City Limits until 1935
