Offering open weeks in August at 15% off base. Rate reflects discount and includes taxes, cleaning and beach service as well as $25 fee for parking and pool passes. I pay this directly to the resort on your behalf (when looking at other condos, please know that this is not the norm, I choose to do it for my guests). This one bedroom condominium's contemporary style looks like it belongs in a magazine. The location on the 14th floor makes this a very desirable unit! We recently replaced carpet with tile that looks like hardwood and it is absolutely stunning. We also renovated the kitchen and I love how it turned out. The bedroom has a king size bed with 43" flat screen television. It also has a private bathroom and a roomy closet in the bedroom. The built in bunk area has bunk beds plus its own private bath. There is a washer and dryer for your use so you don't have to go home with a suitcase of dirty clothes! The full size kitchen has everything you need from a microwave to pots and pans. We just put a keurig in for coffee as well as a traditional coffee pot. You can cook all of your meals in your room after a fun day at the beach or you can go out to one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area. Further Details: If you haven't been down since Pier Park opened, you will love it! There are so many restaurant choices and the shopping is great too! To not have to drive to go out to dinner is awesome. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen size bed. There is a 37' flat screen LCD television for your entertainment as well a DVD player. Tidewater is the best new resort that Panama City Beach has seen in years. In addition to the two 4, 000 SQ FT lagoon style pools and hot tubs, there is also an indoor pool. There is a movie theater on site that plays free movies, an awesome workout facility overlooking the beach & two 16 person Roman Spas. All amenities are yours to enjoy at no extra cost! We look forward to having you stay in our home away from home! Owner Description: We live in the suburbs of Chicago. I (Jennifer) grew up in Georgia and met my husband (who grew up in Chicago) at college in Georgia. We always went to PCB for vacations and it is still our favorite place to go. We've traveled to Hawaii and Mexico and we still believe that there is no place better than PCB! We absolutely love how close Tidewater is to Pier Park. The restaurants and shopping are awesome and there is no reason to go anywhere else!
