DETAILS The space This spacious and bright apartment is an ideal choice if you are looking for something quiet and close to nature, at the doorstep of the city. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms (details below), for additional guests the sofa and a double air mattress can be used. Guest access Guests will have private access to the full apartment and the gated parking. The neighbourhood The neighbourhood located in the north suburb of Dublin is very quiet and peaceful. Close to the sea, it is also a very green area with the brand new eco-friendly Father Collins Park only a 2 minutes walk (facilities include a skate park, fitness trail, playgrounds, sports fields, ornamental lake and windturbines). Clongriffin Main Street (5 minutes walk) has several small restaurants and shops. For bigger grocery shopping, the Donaghmede shopping center is less than 10 minutes walk. One of the biggest Tesco store in Dublin is also close by (2 minutes drive). Getting around Despite being in a suburban area, public transportation makes it easy to commute to the city center and other points of interest nearby. The bus line number 15 stops in front of the apartment complex and goes straight to the city center (around 25 minutes trip to O'Connell, Temple Bar, Trinity The Clongriffin train station is also a 10 minutes walk for quick access to Dublin coastline and city center. Use the free private gated parking if you are driving, the apartment is ideally located close to the airport, Howth Harbour and Malahide Town. Other things to note All essentials are included (Soap, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Detergent, Coffee, An additional double air mattress is available if extra sleeping space needed.
